A Perfect Fall Wedding for Sarah & Jack at Keswick Vineyards

Sarah and Jack’s wedding on October 26, 2024, was a picturesque celebration of love and the beauty of fall at Keswick Vineyards. Thanks to the Southern tradition of "burying the bourbon," the couple was blessed with a stunning autumn day. In a joyful pre-ceremony ritual, Sarah and Jack unearthed the bottle of bourbon they had buried with their wedding party and parents. Together, they toasted to the day ahead—a beautiful moment we captured and shared.

As guests arrived, Sarah and Jack made sure to greet them with a delightful fall treat: a wine barrel bar offering Keswick Vineyards sparkling white wine with apple cider concentrate, served in a champagne glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar. This warm, spiced cocktail created the perfect autumn vibe and made guests feel right at home.

The ceremony took place in front of Keswick's iconic fountain, with the vibrant yellow sugar maple tree adding a pop of fall color to the backdrop. Sarah’s bridesmaids wore luxurious velvet dresses, echoing the deep, rich hues of the season. Adding a unique touch to the ceremony, the fountain was kept off, then dramatically turned on just as Sarah and Jack shared their first kiss and walked back down the aisle as a married couple.

Instead of a traditional guest book, Sarah and Jack opted for a fun and personal alternative—a set of cornhole boards for guests to sign and leave loving messages. These boards will not only be a keepsake but also something the couple can use and cherish for years to come.

Inside the Aurora tent, the couple's creativity shone through with table numbers that featured pictures of them at the corresponding ages. For example, Table 5 showcased adorable snapshots of Sarah and Jack at age five. It was a charming way to share their personal stories and bring a smile to their guests' faces.

Guests enjoyed an array of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts, ending the meal with a slice of cake and beautifully decorated sugar cookies as a thank-you gift to take home.

It was truly another magical fall wedding at Keswick Vineyards—complete with breathtaking views, thoughtful details, and love in every corner. Congratulations to Sarah and Jack on this unforgettable day!

A Fountain of Love: Alicia & Kevin’s Fall Wedding at Keswick Vineyards

Alicia and Kevin’s wedding at Keswick Vineyards on October 25, 2024, was nothing short of picture-perfect, capturing the essence of fall in Virginia. With the sun-kissed vineyards and vibrant fall foliage as their backdrop, Alicia and Kevin exchanged vows in front of Edgewood Estate, creating a stunning scene for a day filled with beauty, romance, and unforgettable details.

The couple chose a unique and captivating touch for their ceremony, decorating the estate’s grand fountain with a cascading floral sculpture. Initially, the fountain remained off, adding an air of mystery until that magical moment when Kevin was given the go-ahead to kiss his bride. As if on cue, the fountain came to life, delighting guests and creating a breathtaking visual finale to the couple’s vows.

For cocktail hour, guests were welcomed to the East Lawn, where a trio of live musicians played elegant tunes. Adding an artistic touch, Alicia and Kevin treated their guests to a live event illustrator who painted charming keepsake portraits for each attendee, a beautiful and personal party favor they could cherish forever. A gorgeous circular bar set under twinkling bistro lights enhanced the festive mood, providing a cozy yet stylish ambiance where guests mingled and celebrated the happy couple.

As the festivities moved under the Aurora tent for the reception, the setup left everyone in awe. The reception seating was a thoughtfully designed mix of square, round, and rectangular tables. Square tables, often rare in wedding layouts, created an intimate setting for eight guests each, encouraging easy conversation and a relaxed vibe. Alicia and Kevin’s head table arrangement was equally striking—three separate farm tables were used, with two large ones for the wedding party and a smaller, more personal table in the center just for the couple. This unique configuration created a comfortable, intimate feel, allowing Alicia and Kevin to share a private space amidst the celebration.

The linens were another standout element, chosen meticulously to blend beautifully across different areas. Each table was dressed with its own style, from the welcome table to cocktail hour and the reception tables, creating a sophisticated yet cohesive look that brought elegance to every corner.

As night fell, the tent took on a warm glow with uplighting and swagged bistro lights that enhanced the beauty of the evening. The romantic lighting created a breathtaking scene, accentuating the vibrant autumn colors around them.

And speaking of style, Kevin added his own flair with a white jacket that made him stand out alongside his groomsmen, adding an extra touch of elegance to the day. This look not only complemented Alicia’s beauty but gave the couple a classic and refined appearance perfect for a fall vineyard wedding.

Congratulations, Alicia and Kevin! Your wedding was a beautiful celebration of love, style, and creativity that will be remembered for years to come. It was an honor to be a part of your special day, and we’re thrilled to share these stunning moments with everyone.

Paige & Jeremy’s Intimate Fall Wedding: Embracing the Beauty of Keswick Vineyards

Paige and Jeremy’s wedding on Sunday, October 20, 2024, was the final celebration of Keswick Vineyards' triple wedding weekend, proving that even an intimate gathering of 50 guests can beautifully fill the grand Aurora tent. With thoughtful planning and personal touches, Paige’s mother played a pivotal role in bringing their wedding vision to life while staying within budget. She crafted the welcome sign, designed a stunning seating chart displayed on a mirror, and arranged florals for the reception tables. She even created a breathtaking greenery backdrop with florals for the head table, adding a touch of elegance without overwhelming the natural beauty of the venue.

I always remind our couples that less is more at Keswick Vineyards. Just look at the ceremony setup for Paige and Jeremy’s big day. With the backdrop of the vineyard, mountains, and the early signs of fall foliage, Mother Nature was at her finest—no extra embellishments were needed. The beauty of the landscape spoke for itself. Guests also enjoyed the stylish neon sign Paige and Jeremy hung on a greenery wall, which became a fun backdrop for photos, adding a modern touch to their wedding décor.

As the day transitioned into evening, the weather followed suit. October at Keswick Vineyards brings warm, sunny days that quickly cool off as the sun sets. Thanks to the vineyard’s preparedness, the tent sides, which had been clipped up to let in the fresh air during setup, were later let down and velcroed together to create a seamless clear wall. The tent maintained a cozy atmosphere, with heaters on hand to keep guests warm if needed—just another example of how Keswick is always ready for whatever Mother Nature has in store.

After a delicious dinner and wedding cake, guests took to the dance floor, enjoying the perfect ending to this intimate and joyful celebration. Paige and Jeremy’s wedding was proof that smaller gatherings can still make a big impact, especially in a setting as naturally beautiful as Keswick Vineyards.

Jeux, Joie, et Amour: Celia & Will’s Game-Filled, French-Inspired Wedding at Keswick Vineyards

Celia and Will’s wedding at Keswick Vineyards on October 19, 2024, was a perfect blend of fun, games, and personalized touches. This was the second wedding of a popular fall weekend at Keswick, and they made sure their celebration was unique and full of life!

The ceremony took place in front of Edgewood Estate, with the fountain and the magnificent sugar maple tree as their backdrop. While the sugar maple was just starting to turn, the stunning red maple provided a beautiful pop of color, framing their ceremony location perfectly. Guests who couldn’t attend in person were able to share in the moment, as the couple live-streamed their ceremony—a heartfelt gesture that showed how much they valued their loved ones.

During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a collage of photos showing Celia and Will through different stages of their lives and relationship. Another unique touch was the table assignment display. Celia’s father discovered clear bracelets that resembled Apple watches, with each guest’s name and table number printed on them. Later, when the dancing started, these bracelets blinked in sync with the music, lighting up the dance floor and adding a playful, vibrant atmosphere.

The reception was equally memorable, with elevated floral arrangements, centerpieces featuring shades of green that matched the bridesmaids’ dresses, and linens that brought the vineyard’s natural beauty into the décor. The table numbers were a fun twist—wine corks with cut-out paper flames displaying the table number. It was a detail that I hadn’t seen before and perfectly reflected the couple’s creativity.

Celia’s French heritage was highlighted through the food, with appetizers like pâté and desserts that included delightful macarons. Each table also had a quiz with questions about the couple, adding a fun, interactive element to the reception. Guests competed to see which table knew Celia and Will best, and the top three tables faced off in a tiebreaker. The winning table received homemade mugs crafted by Celia herself, a personal and thoughtful prize.

Of course, the fun didn’t stop there! Guests enjoyed a photo booth and were even able to use a CO2 spraying gun provided by the DJ, which made for an exciting dance floor experience. The night was full of energy, laughter, and creativity, perfectly capturing the playful spirit of Celia and Will’s relationship.

From the thoughtful touches to the endless fun and games, this wedding was a true reflection of the couple's personalities and their love for each other and their guests.
